The new 1500 sq. ft. fridge/freezer installation too is state of the art and is designed to maximise our standards of hygiene and quality. Each compartment has dual back up systems linked to both our internal computer systems and remotely monitored by the installing engineering company. This new system provides three functions:

• Continuous measurement of the cold room temperatures.
• Data acquisition of tempatures archived for the health and safety  authorities.
• Alarm functions when pre-defined temperature limits are breached.
